Standard Delivery (UK):

• All orders with UK delivery addresses are eligible for same-day dispatch if placed before 10 PM, 7 days a week.
• Once dispatched, standard delivery is expected to reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days. (Stock Dependant)
• Please note that remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Express Delivery (UK):

• For those who can’t wait to receive their beautiful jewellery, we offer an Express Delivery option.
• With our Express Delivery service, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days. (Stock dependant)

International Delivery:

• We also cater to our international customers and offer worldwide delivery options.
• If you’re based within Europe, our estimated delivery is between 3 & 12 days.
• If based outside of Europe, our estimated delivery is between 7 & 15 days.
• Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and any customs or import procedures. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
• You can use this tracking number to stay informed about the progress of your delivery.
